Bob Smith

Bob is a 1969 graduate of Dover High School and a 1974 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.  He is the secretary-treasurer of the Tri County Funeral Director’s Association and a member of the Ohio Embalmers Association and the Ohio and National Funeral Directors Association.  Bob attends the Ragersville Zion United Church of Christ.

Bob is also a paramedic with over 35 years of experience and is president and owner of Smith Ambulance Service, Inc. of Tuscarawas County and Smith Ambulance of Stark Summit in Massillon, Canton, Barberton and Alliance.

Lee Varns

Lee is a 1973 graduate of Fairless High School and a 1976 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.  He is also a member of the Tri County Funeral Directors Association, the Garaway Lions Club and the Sugarcreek Business Association.  He attends the Sugarcreek United Methodist Church and is a retired member of the Sugarcreek Volunteer Fire Department.

Cindy Varns

Cindy is a 1975 graduate of Fairless High School and attended the Tuscarawas Campus of Kent State University.  She is a licensed Funeral Director, member of the Tri County Funeral Directors Association, Sugarcreek Lioness Club, Sugarcreek Business Association and attends the Sugarcreek United Methodist Church.

Donna Smith

Donna is a graduate of Barnesville High School and a graduate of the Elliott School of Business in Wheeling, W. Va.  She has been our office manager since the 1980's with Smith Ambulance and became the office manager at the funeral home in 1990.  Donna also does all of the scheduling of the drivers for Smith Livery Service.
